Frequently Asked Questions

Deposit Policy: 

We understand that plans can change. However, once payment is made for your reservation, it is non-refundable. By completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Payment Terms: All payments for bookings are due in full before we can start to set up. Once payment is received, it is considered non-refundable.

  2. Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds once the payment has been processed.

  3. No-show Policy: In the event of a no-show or failure to utilize our services on the reserved date, no refunds will be issued, and the full payment will be retained.

  4. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate changes, but please note that rescheduling is subject to availability. A minimum of 7 days notice is needed for a rescheduled to be considered. Rescheduled bookings are still subject to the same non-refundable payment terms.

To secure your event date for an all inclusive package there is a $400 nonrefundable retainer, with the remaining balance due 24hrs before event. You can make payments up until your event date as long as balance is completely paid the day before event. Linens get dirty, we professionally dry clean them and know that some might be unsavable so you do not have to worry you will not be charged for that. Please do not use paint on our tables or let kids draw on our chairs.

Will you hold the date for me without a deposit? The date is available until deposit sent. It might be available when you call, might be available when you view it, but I can't predict when someone will send deposit to secure their date so please send deposit as soon as you know you are ready to book.

Can I keep the balloons? YES! But only the balloons! Everything else is a rental. Centerpieces that we provide can NOT be taken by guests. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

Do you have attendants that can stay at party? Yes, it is $30 an hour to have an attendant

Am I responsible for damages? Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. smoking in a room, sharp objects that pop toddler bouncer, silly string, throwing items that causes damages, breaking an item, breaking chairs), you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the tv, lights, chairs, tables, etc. We don't want you or us to be in that situation. Gum, hair dyes, sticky substances,  candy and food stains or cleaning will be subject to $100.00 cleaning charge.

What payment methods do you accept? Cash, Cashapp, Zelle, Debit&Credit ($10 surcharge to cover debit/credit transaction fees/sales tax). Payment is due before event.​

Inflatable Rules: Adult supervision required, no jewelry, no food, do not move jumper/waterslide from where our team originally placed it, no gum, no shoes, no backflips, no hanging from nets inside or outside, NO SILLY STRING as it destroys vinyl and you will be responsible for it. We are not responsible for any injury. Please play safe.

Some of my balloons popped, is that normal? Yes. It is best to put balloons in shade as the heat and sun will make them pop faster, but there will be a few that pop through the day if they are outside. There is no refund or discount for balloons popping.

Can I just rent the linens? We don't rent linens by themselves, it would need to be with a table and chair rental. 

Can you replicate inspo pics I send you? No, most pics are of very expensive artists work and we offer a budget approach to events, I will try my best to incorporate your ideas into something you'll love though, and make your event the best it can be!
